Workday HCM Program Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Workday HCM track and oversee end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM modules and proven experience in managing large-scale HR technology programs, ensuring timely delivery, seamless integration, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Workday HCM program across multiple modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time & Absence, Payroll, etc.).
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external consultants/vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration oversight, ensuring alignment with business processes.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Track milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate change management, training, and user adoption strategies for new Workday functionality.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy in Workday HCM.
Support AI and automation initiatives within HCM where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills: 12–14 years of experience in HR technology or Workday HCM program management.
Strong Hands-on Workday HCM experience with multiple modules.
Proven experience leading complex Workday implementation or upgrade programs.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore.
Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
