Role Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide quality strategy aligned with regulatory and RCM standards
- Oversee QA frameworks and compliance processes across all departments
- Lead risk mitigation, audits, and stakeholder communication on quality issues
- Mentor teams on Lean/Six Sigma and foster a continuous improvement culture
