<p>Job Summary :<br/><br/>We are looking for a Senior Python/Django Developer to join our team and help build and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python and Django, experience in backend development and API design, and familiarity with Odoo is a plus.<br/><br/> This role requires a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work on complex projects, and a passion for building high-quality software.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>Django Web Application Development<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Django-based applications.<br/><br/>- Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF).<br/><br/>- Work with Django ORM and PostgreSQL to handle large datasets efficiently.<br/><br/>- Ensure security best practices and performance optimization.<br/><br/>Backend & Database Development<br/><br/>- Design database schemas and models for enterprise applications.<br/><br/>- Optimize PostgreSQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Implement Celery for background task processing.<br/><br/>System Integration & API Development<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications.<br/><br/>- Implement authentication, authorization, and security measures.<br/><br/>DevOps & Deployment:<br/><br/>- Deploy and manage applications on Linux-based cloud environments.<br/><br/>- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of container-based development and deployments.<br/><br/>Odoo Development (Nice to Have)<br/><br/>- Customize and integrate Odoo ERP modules (if applicable).<br/><br/>- Work with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and business workflows.<br/><br/>Technical Collaboration<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.<br/><br/>- Work closely with stakeholders to define technical requirements.<br/><br/>Requirements & Qualifications :<br/><br/>Must-Have Skills :<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in Python development.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).<br/><br/>- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and database design.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ for async processing.<br/><br/>- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Git version control system.<br/><br/>Nice-to-Have Skills :<br/><br/>- Business Process Management tools and frameworks.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with React.js, Vue.
