Job description
1.
Tender/Bid Management:
• Identify, analyze, and shortlist relevant government and private tender opportunities for skill
development projects.
• Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of Expression of Interest (EOI),
Request for Proposal (RFP), and tender documentation.
2.
Proposal Drafting and Documentation:
• Develop, format, and review technical and financial proposals as per bid specifications.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, SSDM, PMKVY, NSDC guidelines, and funding
agency criteria.
3.
Compliance and Due Diligence:
• Maintain thorough documentation and filing systems for tenders, approvals, project reports,
and agreements.
• Ensure complete adherence to legal and procedural aspects of bid submission.
4.
Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, legal) to gather accurate data for
proposal preparation.
• Liaise with external partners and government agencies for timely document submissions.
5.
Market Intelligence:
• Conduct research on tender announcements, competitor proposals, and evolving sector
trends to enhance proposal quality
