This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event tech and a knack for client service.
Youll oversee event tech deployments, guide clients through our products, and ensure their events run smoothly from start to Responsibilities:</b></p><br/></p><p>- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the event process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Project Coordination: Manage the implementation and execution of event technology, working with internal teams to meet client needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Consultative Sales: Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client goals and offering relevant solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support: Provide proactive event tech support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing event outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reporting & Insights: Analyze event performance and deliver actionable insights for future 3-5 years in Account Management (preferably in event tech, SaaS, or related fields).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with event technology (virtual platforms, AV tech, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and organizational skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage client expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors / masters degree or equivalent experience preferred.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
