<p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Build, maintain, and enhance Drupal websites, including custom modules, themes, and custom REST APIs.<br/><br/>- Implement and configure core and contributed modules.<br/><br/>- Develop custom solutions for complex project requirements.<br/><br/>- Create and manage content types, fields, views, and taxonomies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and troubleshoot contributed modules for functionality.<br/><br/>- Apply security updates and patches to Drupal core and contributed modules.<br/><br/>- Design, develop and maintain SSO integrations using OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication standards.<br/><br/>- Integrate third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/>- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.<br/><br/>- Deploy applications in development, staging, and production environments.<br/><br/>- Write and maintain technical documentation for the project.<br/><br/>- Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting for Drupal projects.<br/><br/>Technical Skills :<br/><br/>- 4+ years of experience in Drupal development, preferably with Drupal 10 or 9.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in writing advanced PHP.
Highly preferred Object Oriented Programming.<br/><br/>- Experience in headless Drupal and decoupled architectures.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, Drupal hooks, Entity API, and caching mechanisms.<br/><br/>- Experience with custom modules and theme development.<br/><br/>- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and integrating with Identity providers like Okta, Azure AD.<br/><br/>- Advanced knowledge of content types, views, taxonomy, and configuration management.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to Drupal coding standards and best practices.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CDN, caching strategies (e.g., Memcached, Redis), and database optimization<br/><br/>- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.<br/><br/>- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Symfony and Twig templating.<br/><br/></p><p>Good to have :<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js or similar frameworks.<br/><br/>- Experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- Understanding of security best practices (e.g., OWASP, JWT).<br/><br/>Soft Skills :<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
