<p><p>About the Role :<br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drupal Developer to join our development team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Drupal 9/10, strong backend and theming capabilities, and a passion for building performant, scalable, and maintainable digital experiences.
You will work on a variety of client and internal projects in a collaborative, agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/> <br/>- Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using Drupal 9/10.<br/><br/>- Build custom Drupal modules, themes, and site architecture based on project requirements.<br/><br/>- Implement and optimize headless CMS solutions and integrations with third-party APIs.<br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.<br/><br/>- Use Twig for theming and create responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Work with Composer, Drush, and Symfony components to manage and deploy code effectively.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers in an agile environment.<br/><br/>- Use Git-based workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews) for version control and team collaboration.<br/><br/>- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization across all devices.<br/><br/>- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and contribute to improving internal development processes.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of professional experience with Drupal development, including versions 9 and 10.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.<br/><br/>- Experience with custom module development and Drupal theming using Twig.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Understanding of RESTful APIs and decoupled/headless Drupal implementations.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Composer, Drush, and Symfony components.<br/><br/>- Experience working with Git and participating in agile/scrum processes.<br/><br/>- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>- Experience in a digital agency or multi-client project environment is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b><br/><br/>- Acquia Certified Drupal Developer or other relevant Drupal certifications.<br/><br/>- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools.<br/><br/>- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar.<br/><br/>- Contributions to the Drupal community (e.g., module contributions, patches, forum participation).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
