<p>About Company - Durapid Technologies is dedicated to providing IT solutions for enterprises all across the globe With an experience in enterprise digital transformation, we are well-versed in the domain and know the challenges faced by an enterprise when adopting a digital business transformation.<br/><br/> Website https://www.durapid.com/ </p><p><br/></p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:.<br/><br/>- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose IT services and consulting solutions accordingly.<br/><br/>- Generate and qualify leads through online portals, networking, and market research.<br/><br/>- Conduct compelling product/software demos and presentations to showcase service capabilities, leading to solution-based sales.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, to create sales collateral, case studies, and proposals tailored to client needs.<br/><br/>- Prepare business requirement documents and scope project deliverables for client engagements.<br/><br/>- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.<br/><br/>- Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.<br/><br/>- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and ROI assessments to identify new business opportunities.<br/><br/>- Develop sales strategies by identifying market gaps and customer pain points, offering tailored IT solutions.<br/><br/>- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company's service offerings.<br/><br/> Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).<br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, M.Com, MBA, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience or knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, software development, or consulting will be preferred.<br/><br/>- Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.<br/><br/>- Ability to quickly learn and understand IT products and services.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining business metrics and using data-driven insights for decision-making.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or business development is a plus.<br/><br/> Skills: it,pre-sales,staff augmentation,lead generation.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
