<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Dynamics 365 Automation Tester (MS CRM Tester)<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Bangalore (Preferred) / Gurgaon (Secondary)<br/><br/><b>Work Mode : </b> Hybrid (2 days WFO)<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 6+ Years<br/><br/><b>Notice Period : </b> Immediate to 15 the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p>We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Automation Tester with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing and automation frameworks.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can drive quality outcomes through effective automation strategies and ensure seamless execution within CI/CD Responsibilities : </b></p><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (2015365 versions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform automation testing using Java, Maven, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD) with Selenium.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to define testing requirements and ensure coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct database integration testing, validate stored procedures, triggers, and data replication across multiple environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive defect management and prioritization, ensuring proper traceability and resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize JIRA, Xray, and Confluence to manage testing lifecycle and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure smooth execution of tests through CI/CD pipelines and work in Agile/DevOps environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM products (2015 through 365).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience in Java, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber (BDD), and Selenium.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools like UiPath Test Automation (preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like GitLab.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with defect management, requirement traceability, and test documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional to Have (Optional Skills) : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Exposure to Avaloq, UIPath, or Tosca automation tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of performance testing and additional automation Join Us</b></p><p><br/></p>- Opportunity to work on challenging Dynamics 365 CRM projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to the latest test automation practices and DevOps tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative and fast-paced work environment with a focus on innovation and growth.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
