The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the design, customization, and integration of Dynamics CE/CRM solutions.
This role requires a strong technical background in the .NET/C# stack, a deep understanding of the Power Platform, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services to build robust, scalable business applications and integrations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and customize complex Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, leveraging core functionalities and custom extensions built with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Design and implement end-to-end business solutions that seamlessly leverage the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, to automate workflows and create custom applications.<br/><br/>- Architect, build, and maintain secure and performant integrations between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and external systems using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.<br/><br/>- Ensure all code adheres to best practices for quality, security, and performance optimization, actively participating in code reviews and a continuous improvement culture.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Core Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of hands-on technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.<br/><br/>- Expertise in D365 CE/CRM customization and development, including a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and data model.<br/><br/><b>Technical Proficiency :</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.<br/><br/>- Deep experience with JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, and Workflows.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).<br/><br/>- Practical experience with key Azure services for integration and serverless development.<br/><br/><b>Problem-Solving :</b><br/><br/>- Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skills to resolve complex technical issues.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with other Microsoft products and services (SharePoint, Office 365).<br/><br/>- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
