TCS is hiring MS Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 Solution Architect)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Designing and developing customizations in D365 F&O using X++, SSRS, data entities, and other relevant technologies.
- Building and maintaining integrations with other systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and APIs.
- Performing data migration using the Data Management Framework (DMF) and other relevant tools.
- Customizing forms, workflows, and reports based on business processes.
- Participating in full-cycle implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Creating technical designs, developing reusable components, and documenting technical solutions.
- Working closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and clients to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Providing post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- Investigating and implementing improvements to teams' working processes.
- Mentoring junior developers and consultants.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O: This includes understanding its architecture, data model, and capabilities.
- Proficient in X++ core programming language for Dynamics 365 F&O development.
- Experience with SSRS and Power BI: For creating custom reports.
- Understanding of Azure services: Including Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps for integrations and deployments.
- Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF): For data migration activities.
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques: Including APIs, webhooks, and business events.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines: Using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform: For developing custom solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: To troubleshoot issues and design effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent documentation skills
