<p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Lead functional design workshops and gather detailed finance-related business requirements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules including :</p><p><br/></p><p>1.

General Ledger (GL)</p><p><br/></p><p>2.

Accounts Payable (AP)</p><p><br/></p><p>3.

Accounts Receivable (AR)</p><p><br/></p><p>4.

Fixed Assets (FA)</p><p><br/></p><p>5.

Budgeting</p><p><br/></p><p>6.

Cash & Bank</p><p><br/></p><p>7.

Project Accounting<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide guidance on financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance (especially UK GAAP), and process optimization.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure successful system adoption.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support data migration, testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure system stability and performance.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay current with D365 F&O updates, Microsoft roadmap, and industry trends.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation support.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, with strong focus on financial modules.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle D365 F&O Deep knowledge of core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and housing sector accounting practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into functional solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with business process modeling and project management tools.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in housing, public sector, or non-profit domains.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Azure DevOps, and integration tools.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of project accounting and grant management.<br/><br/><b>Tools & Technologies :</b></p><p><br/>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Excel<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Azure DevOps<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Financial reporting tools<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Business process modeling software<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Data migration utilities</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
