<p><p><b>MS Dynamics Developer</b><br/><br/><b>Duration :</b> 6-month contract-to-hire or extend<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Remote in India<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> Maximum 4 weeks<br/><br/>Shift : US-based hours (4:00 AM - 1:30 PM EST)<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a Contact Center team.

This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position.

You'll be working on a customer engagement web-based application that streamlines communication between agents and customers.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly its Customer Service Workspace and Customer Engagement modules.

You should be a proactive developer who can handle a mix of new development and issue resolution independently.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Development : Take ownership of new development tasks, contributing to a customer engagement web application that supports multiple communication channels (chat, SMS, email, etc.).<br/><br/>- Troubleshooting : Dedicate half of your time to triaging issues and performing regression testing to ensure the application's stability.<br/><br/>- Collaboration : Work within an agile environment, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality code and solutions.<br/><br/>- Tooling : Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and the Power Platform to build and maintain the application.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Experience : 5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specific focus on Customer Service Workspace (CSW) and/or Customer Engagement (CE).<br/><br/>- Core Skills : Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Platform Expertise : Hands-on experience with Power Apps, the Power Platform, and Canvas Apps.<br/><br/>- USD : Experience working with Unified Service Desk (USD).<br/><br/>- Workstyle : The ability to work independently across the technology stack and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Omnichannel : Experience with Microsoft's Omnichannel for Customer Service (chat, SMS, email, etc.).<br/><br/>- Cloud : Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.<br/><br/>- Methodology : Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
