<p><p><b>WiFi Software Development Engineers</b><br/><br/><b> Location :</b> Bangalore ( 5 days work from office Mahadevapura ).<br/><br/><b> Experience : </b>4- 8 years.<br/><br/><b>Role and Responsibilities </b>:</p><p><br/> - Investigate debug and root cause Wi-Fi software System and Protocol issues reported by customers, internal QA teams.<br/><br/> - Reproduce reported issues in internal test environments and assist with root cause analysis.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, driver, QA) to resolve technical issues efficiently.<br/><br/> - Analyse system logs (Android logcat), packet captures (pcaps), and firmware traces to isolate software or hardware bugs.<br/><br/> - Maintain and improve internal tools for diagnostics, logging, and automated test triage.<br/><br/> - Document findings, resolutions, and best practices to help build a growing internal knowledge base.<br/><br/> - Investigate, debug and root cause System and Protocol issues.<br/><br/> Break down complex issues for faster resolution.<br/><br/>- Working on optimizing the Software to enhance System performance and Power efficiency ,Adhering to the required project processes for smooth execution of deliverables.<br/><br/> <b>Skill Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent C programming skills with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of Operating System fundamentals and RTOS (e.
FreeRTOS, etc.)<br/><br/> - Experience with or knowledge of ARM Cortex A/R/M series.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of working on Linux/Unix platforms.<br/><br/> - Software Debugging and tracing using Lauterbach/JTAG and Trace32 software<br/><br/></p><p>- Profiling and Optimization of Embedded Software for delivering High performance and Power Efficient (low power mode) solution<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent problem-solving ability and tenacity in finding root cause for complex issues with focus on delivering quality results<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills.<br/><br/> - Usage of continuous integration and version control tools (e.
