LocationHyderabad the Role :</b></p><p><br/></p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Tech Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, customizations, and support, with a focus on SCM modules.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, SCM workflows, and the ability to work closely with business users to translate their requirements into technical solutions.
As a Lead, you will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of Responsibilities & Customization :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and customize reports, forms, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform system analysis, design, testing, and Leadership :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Act as a lead in technical projects, overseeing the work of junior consultants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership in the design and development of custom solutions within the Oracle EBS environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into efficient technical designs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SCM & Data Migration :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Design and implement data migration strategies for new implementations or upgrades.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on integration with third-party applications and legacy & Maintenance :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing Oracle EBS SCM implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform regular system health checks and ensure optimal & Training :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Prepare technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and system processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Train and mentor junior team members and end-users on Oracle EBS Skills Proficiency :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 in SCM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Oracle development tools : PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), APIs, and Interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of EBS database architecture and data Knowledge :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Solid understanding of SCM processes and how they are implemented within Oracle EBS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical & Problem-Solving :</b></p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical consultants.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
