<p><p><b>Position </b>: Salesforce Administrator.<br/><br/> <b>Location </b>: Remote.<br/><br/><b>ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :</b><br/><br/> We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team.<br/><br/> Youll play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated apps).<br/><br/> This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on configuration, system administration, and declarative or programmatic development.<br/><br/> Youll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions.<br/><br/> Your work will directly influence the productivity and efficiency of our global Sales and Marketing teams.<br/><br/> <b>WHAT YOULL DO :</b><br/><br/> - Serve as a primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users).<br/><br/> - Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits.<br/><br/> - Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components.<br/><br/> - Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others.<br/><br/> - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions.<br/><br/> - Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features.<br/><br/> - Perform regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing.<br/><br/> - Train end-users, maintain documentation, and champion best practices.<br/><br/> - Work independently and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations.<br/><br/> <b>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</b>.<br/><br/> - 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.<br/><br/> - 1+ year of Salesforce CPQ experience (preferred).<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports).<br/><br/> - Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL (preferred).<br/><br/> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g, Marketo, Outreach) is a plus.<br/><br/> - Excellent project management and organizational skills.<br/><br/> - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/> - Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.<br/><br/> - Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Sales Cloud/CPQ/Platform Developer certifications preferred.<br/><br/> <b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :</b><br/><br/> - Knowledge of Salesforce Billing.<br/><br/> - Experience with change sets, Git-based version control, or CI/CD tools.<br/><br/> - Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.<br/><br/> <b>BENEFITS :</b><br/><br/> - Competitive salary.<br/><br/> - Health and life insurance for you and your family.<br/><br/> - Flexible work hours and paid time off.<br/><br/> - Mental wellness support.<br/><br/> - Gym reimbursement and wellness programs.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
