As a first-line manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our AI-driven SaaS products.<br/>You will work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to drive best practices in test automation, quality strategy, and release readiness.<br/>This is an opportunity to build and lead a world-class quality engineering team in a cutting-edge technology company.<br/><br/><b>What You Will Learn To Do :</b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA Engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple product lines.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Define and implement the overall test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality best practices for SaaS-based applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure test coverage, automation-first approach, and seamless CI/CD integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own release quality metrics, continuously improving reliability, scalability, and performance testing processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive adoption of modern testing tools and frameworks (UI/API automation, performance, security, and data quality testing).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, reduce defect leakage, and improve release velocity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and monitor KPIs for the QE function, including automation coverage, defect trends, and release stability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hire, coach, and grow top-quality engineering talent.<br/><br/><b>What We Look For : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of industry experience in software testing and automation, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in testing SaaS-based enterprise products (preferably in large-scale, data-intensive domains).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor or similar, to accelerate automation/coding workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to performance testing, security testing, and test data management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>About Us : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Eightfold AI doesnt just organize data - we understand people.</p><p><br/></p><p>As pioneers of the worlds most innovative AI-native Talent Intelligence Platform, we combine enterprise data, market insights, and user interactions to create a complete picture of talent across the entire employment life cycle, providing an end-to-end experience that includes hiring, development, and retention.<br/><br/></p><p>A third of our customers are from Fortune 500 companies and have relied on us to move faster and more strategically than the competition.
