<p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in retail execution, trade promotion management, and field execution solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>This role demands strong technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations, coupled with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive business value.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : Design & Implementation : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Architect, configure, and deploy Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions tailored for CPG and retail execution use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Management, and Merchandising solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and customize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business insights and decision-making.<br/><br/><b>Technical Development : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement integration strategies with ERP, CRM, or third-party retail execution systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure best practices for code quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with business users, product owners, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide thought leadership on Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize solution impact.<br/><br/><b>Quality Assurance & Support : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document technical designs, integration patterns, and system configurations for ongoing support.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : Expertise : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Integration frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Retail Execution features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CPG industry best practices, especially trade promotion and retail execution workflows.<br/><br/><b>Functional Knowledge : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in merchandising, order capture, route optimization, and visit planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience designing data models and analytics dashboards to track retail performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Agile delivery models, CI/CD practices, and DevOps frameworks for Salesforce.<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Preferred) : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
