<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong test automation skills, and proven experience with backend validation and API testing.<br/><br/> This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can ensure application quality, reliability, and scalability across Salesforce and integrated Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Design, develop, and execute robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, with a focus on Sales Cloud.<br/><br/>- Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Salesforce and third-party integrated applications (SAP, ERP, etc.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.<br/><br/>- Conduct data validation and backend testing by writing and executing complex SOQL and SQL queries.<br/><br/>- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business processes.<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools, working with developers to resolve issues efficiently.<br/><br/>- Conduct API testing to validate integrations and system interoperability.<br/><br/>- Drive adoption of test automation frameworks and contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process.<br/><br/>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g, Jenkins) and maintain version control using Git.<br/><br/>- Provide QA metrics, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across project Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Minimum 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and hands-on experience validating workflows, process builder, triggers, validation rules, and APIs.<br/><br/>- Expertise in test automation frameworks/tools such as AccelQ (preferred), Selenium, TestNG, or Provar.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce and integrated systems.<br/><br/>- Solid experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.<br/><br/>- Strong command of SOQL and SQL for backend data validation.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in manual testing for third-party applications (SAP, ERP, etc.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) and version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, agile Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Salesforce QA certification(s) or Salesforce Admin certification.<br/><br/>- Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components (LWC).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of performance and security testing approaches in Salesforce environments.<br/><br/>- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA for test management</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
