<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, be proficient in building automation frameworks, and demonstrate strong capabilities in backend testing, SOQL/SQL scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>This role demands strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce and SAP-integrated Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/><b>Test Planning & Execution :</b><br/><br/>- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with SAP).<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks.<br/><br/><b>Automation & Tools :</b><br/><br/>- Design and develop robust, reusable automated test scripts using tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar frameworks.<br/><br/>- Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework for Salesforce regression testing.<br/><br/>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) to support continuous delivery.<br/><br/><b>Technical Testing :</b><br/><br/>- Write and execute complex SOQL and SQL queries for backend data validation.<br/><br/>- Conduct API testing for Salesforce and related system integrations.<br/><br/>- Validate Salesforce backend configurations, process flows, validation rules, and triggers for consistency and accuracy.<br/><br/><b>Quality Assurance & Collaboration :</b><br/><br/>- Ensure early detection of defects through proactive testing strategies.<br/><br/>- Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve the QA process.<br/><br/>- Provide detailed test documentation, including test plans, traceability matrices, and execution Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/>- 6+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.<br/><br/>- Hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing for Salesforce and SAP platforms.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud experience is a plus).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for backend data testing and validation.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in automation frameworks and tools (AccelQ, Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).<br/><br/>- Good understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce QA-specific certifications).<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP testing in integrated Salesforce environments.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing for Salesforce applications.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
