You will teach our customers how to best use Elastic products and solutions, helping them to become successful through the delivery of technical training programs.
Besides teaching, you will closely collaborate with the Curriculum team to constantly review and improve training materials, and provide crucial input into crafting new training materials.
Instructors also serve as ambassadors of Elastic.<br/><br/>The successful candidate will happily work on their own initiative and does not require micro-management.

Come join us at Elastic!<br/><br/>What You Will Be Doing:<br/><br/>- Deliver multi-day virtual and on-site Elastic training courses and workshops to enable our customers and drive business value<br/><br/>- Teach extremely technical concepts clearly and concisely to large audiences in an engaging manner<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the Curriculum team on the development of new courses and course release updates<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the Training Operations team for continuous improvement of our LMS (Learning Management System), virtual training platform and processes<br/><br/>- Mentor and coach new instructors<br/><br/>- Ability to work on your own initiative with fanatical attention to detail<br/><br/>- Strong customer advocacy, relationship building, and verbal and written communication skills<br/><br/>- Comfortable working remotely in a highly distributed team, serving primarily EMEA and APAC regions<br/><br/>- Flexible attitude and willingness to accommodate and support changing priorities in a growing company<br/><br/>- Willing and able to travel globally up to 60%<br/><br/>What You Bring:<br/><br/>- Experience as Technical Instructor, Consultant, Presales, or public speaker to technical audiences (engineers, developers, and other technical positions) on enterprise infrastructure software technology<br/><br/>- Excellent presentation and customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand way<br/><br/>- Clear articulation and fluency in English, with proficiency in other Asian languages as a nice-to-have<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience<br/><br/>- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience<br/><br/>- 2+ years of Education experience is a strong plus<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of Elasticsearch, including Elastic certifications is a strong plus<br/><br/>- Background in security is a must, in observability, and search a plus<br/><br/>- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus<br/><br/>- Experience in curriculum development, contributing to open-source projects, or participating in community engagements (meetups, conferences, etc.) is a plus<br/><br/>- Standout colleague with strong interpersonal skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
