<p>Who We Are : </p><p><br/></p><p>Elixr Labs is a global tech company at the forefront of AI-led digital transformation across Health-Tech, GovTech, and Edutech.<br/><br/> We help organizations innovate, boost efficiency, and scale through h AI-accelerated IT solutions and custom digital products.<br/><br/> Our flagship offerings-Banyan (a CC&C solution) and Healthverse (a virtual secondopinion expert)-enhance care delivery and outcomes.<br/><br/> We also deliver tailored AIpowered services for hospitals, governments, and educational institutions.<br/><br/> Headquartered in Trivandrum, India, with a growing global footprint, we co-create future-ready digital infrastructure with CXOs and institutions, delivering sustainable, people-first innovation.<br/><br/> What You'll Do : </p><p><br/></p><p>- We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable Product Manager capable of taking full ownership of AI-led product delivery, with a strong understanding of machine learning workflows, data-driven decision-making, and AI product lifecycle.<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate will manage product vision, features, and the roadmap, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and empower the team to deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/>- This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, driving the product vision forward and ensuring its successful execution through a well-maintained product roadmap.<br/><br/></p><p>What You Will Work On : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Own the product vision : Collaborate with stakeholders and product leadership to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.<br/><br/>- Manage the product roadmap : Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines upcoming features and enhancements, prioritising them based on business goals and customer feedback.<br/><br/>- Own the delivery : Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and timelines.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to define and prioritise product features and refine the product backlog.<br/><br/>- Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and the development team.<br/><br/>- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical needs, and business objectives.<br/><br/>- Foster (PO) team empowerment by encouraging accountability, open communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.<br/><br/>- Support the team in meeting Sprint, Program Increment (PI), and release goals by facilitating collaboration across functions and removing roadblocks.<br/><br/>- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing changes in the product roadmap or timelines.<br/><br/>- Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in product reviews and incorporating feedback into the product backlog.<br/><br/>- Address conflicts within the team constructively, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with AI teams to define AI product features.<br/><br/>- Translate AI capabilities into user-centric product experiences.<br/><br/>- Define KPIs and use analytics, market insights, A/B tests, and real-world feedback loops to refine features post-launch.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on AI trends like LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI; evaluate competitive landscape for innovation opportunities.<br/><br/>- Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in product design.<br/><br/>- Monitor model performance and integrate feedback loops for continuous learning.<br/><br/> The skills and qualifications you'll need :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years' experience as an agile product.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in product delivery, vision, roadmap management and backlog management.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and empower teams to follow Agile best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to guide teams in using these frameworks.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively, development teams, and other business units.<br/><br/>- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising features based on business goals and -customer feedback.<br/><br/>- Experience in managing AI/ML products or platforms.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AI frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.<br/><br/>- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.<br/><br/>- Strong conflict management skills to resolve team issues and maintain a positive, high performance team environment.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence.<br/><br/>- Certification in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) or AI Product Management (e., from DeepLearning AI, Product School) will be a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience with tools like MLFlow, DataRobot, or cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) will be a plus.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
