This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for innovation in embedded technology.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Contributing to the modeling, integration, and testing of various peripherals within a SystemC-based platform modeling framework for diverse application domains such as Automotive and Wireless.<br/><br/>- Understanding IP modeling requirements and creating ESL model specifications.<br/><br/>- Effectively closing open technical issues to ensure project milestones are met.<br/><br/>- Guiding junior team members and consultants in projects involving SoC platform creation, validation, and software bring-up.<br/><br/>- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of virtual prototypes.<br/><br/>- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our development processes.<br/><br/>- Develop and integrate support for protocols likeTCP/IP,RS-232, andIPC.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with architects, solution experts, and global engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and integration.<br/><br/>- Conduct impact analysis, perform defect and security fixes, and ensure quality compliance through thorough testing.<br/><br/>- Utilize tools such as WinDbgfor debugging memory leaks, crash dumps, and low-level system issues.<br/><br/>- Design and develop embedded systems and firmware for various applications.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.<br/><br/>- Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure functionality and reliability.<br/><br/>- Optimize existing embedded systems for performance and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Document design processes and maintain records of system modifications.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 5-15 years of experience in embedded systems design and development.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.<br/><br/>- Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware interface protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with software development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems (e.g., Git).<br/><br/>- Understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
