<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for customizing modules, building applications, and integrating third-party services to align with the organization's ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and business goals.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and multiple modules within the platform.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, and integrations<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure software quality and performance<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and scoped apps<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ServiceNow modules<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional </p><p>solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain platform upgrades, patches, and release management<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare documentation, architecture diagrams, and user training materials</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Technical Skills Required : </b><br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Core Platform Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC modules (as & Customization : </b></p><p><br/></p>- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes<br/><br/></p><p>- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Portal Development<br/><br/></p><p>- Flow Designer, Workflows, and & APIs : </b></p><p><br/></p>- REST and SOAP Web Services<br/><br/></p><p>- MID Server configuration and integration<br/><br/></p><p>- SSO, LDAP, Azure AD & Platforms : </b></p><p><br/></p>- ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, Scoped Apps<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Performance Analytics, Service Catalog, Notifications<br/><br/></p><p>- Version Control (Git) and Agile tools : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required<br/><br/></p><p>- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or module-specific certifications - preferred<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery processes</p><p><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework)<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines on ServiceNow<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with multi-instance and domain-separated environments</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
