Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Employer Branding Intern to join our HR Team.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and enhancing employee and candidate experiences.

You will work closely with our HR and Communications teams to strengthen Nuvama’s employer brand across internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, videos, blogs, employee spotlights, etc.) to showcase Nuvama's culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, achievements, and updates to highlight on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company intranet.
- Assist in organizing employer branding events such as campus drives, hackathons, webinars, and culture-focused initiatives.
- Monitor employer branding metrics and assist in preparing reports on campaign performance.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) are a plus.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
