- End User Computing Engineer.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to end-user computing, encompassing both hardware and software components.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with MS Intune and SCCM is desirable (Autopilot, Device Management, Windows updates, Autopilot, Application deployment, Reporting, etc).
- Handling and solving issues during and post migration of Win 10 to Windows 11-.
- Good Troubleshooting Knowledge on Microsoft Intune and SCCM tools.
- Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft's products like Office 365- Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
- Manage the day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool (Service NOW) of record.
