The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment.

This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, integration technologies, to data center management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support end-users.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of demonstrable ‘hands-on’ IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
- Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
All candidates will need the following.:
- Expertise in Oracle Database Administration (DBA), including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong experience in Linux Administration and system performance optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of WebLogic Administration and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
- Proficient in Performance Management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across environments.
- Good to have: Experience with WildFly application server and SSL Certificate Management.

- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
