healthcare systems, supporting interoperability and secure data exchange.<br/><br/>In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all integration initiatives align with the company's broader goals.<br/><br/>This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering.<br/><br/><b>Primary Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead, manage, and support the Development, DevOps, and QA teams in healthcare integrations alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), focusing on :<br/><br/>1.

Application Development<br/><br/>2.

Integration Architecture<br/><br/>3.

Interoperability Solutions, including FHIR, API, and MIRTH<br/><br/>4.

Application Performance<br/><br/>- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT Operations, and Finance to drive product-led growth initiatives.<br/><br/>- Manage the integration of EMRs and other healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with U.

healthcare standards and regulations.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain integration roadmaps, scorecards, and system dashboards to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure development KPIs are met.<br/><br/>- Support data-driven decision-making for integration and product-led growth.<br/><br/>- Drive effective communication across the company to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of product release timelines and new integration features.<br/><br/>- Lead weekly LVL10 departmental meetings to set integration goals and ensure cross-team alignment.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate commitment to the ChartRequest PATH by being a polite and respectful problem solver, accountable for your actions, and a helpful team player across departments.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of SaaS/B2B Engineering Management experience, preferably in healthcare or healthtech environments.<br/><br/>- 10+ years of development experience, with deep knowledge of FHIR, MIRTH, APIs, and U.
