+ 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java).
+ 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
+ Experience in building and deploying Machine Learning (ML) models.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 9 years of experience in software engineering applied to ML.
+ 2 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams.
+ Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.

+ Collaborate across teams and partner with researchers, product managers, and geographically distributed engineering teams.
