It combines Conversational Automation and Knowledge Work Automation in a No-Code, Cloud-native, SaaS platform to digitally transform every step of the complete enterprise customer experience - from Micro-engagements- to entire customer journeys.<br/><br/><b>Roles & Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>What You'll Do :</b><br/><ul><li>Manage a team of engineers developing highly scalable, performant, easily maintainable & well-tested product features</li><li>Exude a strong sense of feature & delivery ownership, agility, and an urge for continuous learning</li><li>Develop and maintain an extremely strong culture of engineering innovation, within the teams</li><li>Ensure the delivery of technical initiatives through design to agile development phases</li><li>Help creatively solve business problems by supporting the necessary backend, frontend, and API infrastructure</li><li>Evaluate engineering requirements and design proposals in a technical capacity, in collaboration with Product Management</li><li>Evaluate and develop the technical performance of individual contributors within the team</li><li>Effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization to meet the release expectations</li><li>Be in touch with the latest frameworks in the industry, and be influential in all choices related to SaaS application stack</li><li>Evaluate requirements and work with PMO to create a project plan</li><li>Effectively facilitate daily stand-ups, early risk identification and mitigation, dependency resolution, follow-ups for gap-closure, etc.</li></ul><b>The experience you need :</b><br/><ul><li>9+ years of professional software development experience, which includes substantial & demonstrable implementation expertise using Java/Node.JS/Golang</li><li>3+ years of direct people management experience in a techno-managerial capacity</li><li>Strong ability to write and evaluate code</li><li>Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time</li><li>Any certifications?
PMI or Scrum??</li><li>An expert scrum master and an Agile practitioner</li><li>Demonstrated the ability to lead teams of highly skilled developers</li><li>Extensive prior work with cloud-based SaaS platform(s); broad experience developing high-throughput backend systems, microservices, API layers, etc.</li><li>Working experience in Spring, Spring Boot, or related java frameworks, RESTful API design and development, event-driven architecture</li><li>Knowledge of distributed systems, proficiency working in Linux environment</li><li>Strong Software development fundamentals, architecture, algorithms, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Deep understanding of observability concepts and tooling.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to details</li></ul><b>Preferred :</b><br/><ul><li>Experience with Amazon AWS services, CICD</li><li>Understanding of distributed systems, asynchrony, and message-based architectures</li><li>Experience working with HTML/CSS React/Angular frameworks</li><li>Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB</li><li>Experience working in a load-balanced, large, stateless microservices environment Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science or a related field</li></ul><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
