<p>Role Overview:<br/><br/>We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales.

This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle-right from lead generation to deal closure.

The role demands a hunter mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive outbound sales in the IT domain.<br/><br/>What You'll Do:<br/><br/>As a full-time Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:<br/><br/>- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.).<br/><br/>- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.<br/><br/>- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and pain points.<br/><br/>- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, and Directors).<br/><br/>- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement to successfully close deals.<br/><br/>- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.<br/> <br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) to ensure client success post-sales.<br/><br/>- Represent Hack2skill at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.<br/><br/>You Should Have:<br/><br/>- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT sales/business development, with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, SaaS, or enterprise services.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to independently drive the end-to-end sales process (lead generation to closure).<br/><br/>- Strong business acumen with a solution-selling approach.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
