Enterprise Sales Manager (IT Products Warranty) Job Opening In Noida – Now Hiring Zopper

About Zopper
Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the InsurTech space.

We enable large B2C businesses offer insurance to their customers.

We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.

Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product i.e. customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies.

We then integrate these customized Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform.
Role Overview:
Drive the strategic bundling and sales of IT Peripherals/IT Product Warranty solutions through channel partners focused on corporate clientele.

This role blends solution selling, partner enablement, and accountability to maximize warranty across enterprise segments.
Responsibilities:
Warranty Bundling Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement bundling frameworks that position warranty services as a compelling value-add to corporate
laptop purchases.
• Align bundling initiatives with partner incentives, customer pain points, and procurement cycles.
Channel Partner Engagement
• Build strong relationships with national and regional distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
• Influence partner sales motions to prioritize bundled Zopper warranty offerings in corporate pitches.
B2B Sales
• Identify high-growth channel partner and enterprise segments with low warranty penetration.
• Craft targeted go-to-market strategies to boost rates and deepen customer lifecycle value.

Solution-Oriented Selling
• Reframe warranty as a strategic IT risk mitigation tool tailored to business size, industry, and compliance needs.
• Equip partners with vertical-specific messaging and ROI-driven value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with product, pricing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of warranty SKUs into partner catalogs and sales workflows.
• Resolve friction points in bundling execution across systems and processes.
Data-Driven Optimization
• Leverage sales analytics, market intelligence, and partner feedback to refine bundling strategies and messaging.
• Monitor competitive benchmarks and adjust positioning to maintain edge.
Partner Training & Enablement
• Design and deliver training programs and objection-handling guides for distributor sales teams.
• Drive partner confidence and capability to pitch Zopper warranty bundles effectively.
Prerequisites
• 5+ years in channel sales, B2B warranty/IT services, or enterprise hardware solutions.
• Proven success in driving attach rates or bundled offerings in corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, enterprise buying behavior, and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
