**What You’ll Do**
+ Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, Finance, CX).
+ Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
+ Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
+ Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure “shift-left” quality.
+ Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads.
+ Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.
+ Support release readiness by providing clear defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team.
**Who You’ll Work With**
+ QA Managers & Leads – Aligning on testing priorities, standards, and quality strategy.
+ Developers & Architects – Collaborating to implement test automation and troubleshoot defects.
+ Product Owners – Ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and customer use cases.
+ Global QA Teams – Coordinating with peers in the U.S. and other geographies for distributed delivery.
+ Operations & Support Teams – Validating fixes and triaging production issues when needed.
**What Makes You a Qualified Candidate**
+ 3–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing, preferably in enterprise IT or SaaS applications.
+ Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
+ Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
+ Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL).
+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
+ Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
