<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Epicor P21 Developer to join our team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP development, particularly with Epicor Prophet 21, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.<br/><br/>This is a remote, full-time role suited for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Develop reports and dashboards using SSRS and other reporting tools.<br/><br/>- Write efficient and well-structured code using .NET/C#, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.<br/><br/>- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.<br/><br/>- Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in both Agile and Waterfall Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<br/><br/>- 4 - 10 years of overall experience in software development, with 3+ years specifically working on ERP systems.<br/><br/>- Proven experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is highly preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly .NET/C#.<br/><br/>- Expertise in SSRS, MS SQL Server, and relational database design.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Preferred Qualities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented.<br/><br/>- Passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Curious and eager to stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in ERP development</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
