<p></p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Scrum Master SaaS Platform.<br/><br/> <b>Location :</b> Rajajinagar, Bangalore.<br/><br/> <b>Job Type :</b> Full-time.<br/><br/> <b>Experience :</b> 5+ years (Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Project Management).<br/><br/> <b>Department :</b> Engineering / Product Us :</b></p><br/> We are a rapidly growing SaaS / Platform company providing cloud-based solutions that help businesses operate efficiently and scale seamlessly.<br/><br/> Our engineering and product teams are passionate about building high-quality, user-centric software using Agile methodologies.<br/><br/> We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and empower our teams, ensure smooth delivery cycles, and foster a culture of continuous Summary :</b></p><p><br/> The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, guiding teams through the Scrum process, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p><br/> You will work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to remove impediments, promote transparency, and enhance productivity.<br/><br/> Your role is pivotal in driving Agile maturity across teams while ensuring a high-performing and collaborative work Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Act as a servant-leader and facilitator for one or more Scrum teams in delivering high-quality SaaS products.<br/><br/> - Guide teams through Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals.<br/><br/> - Identify and remove any impediments that hinder team productivity and morale.<br/><br/> - Ensure resource utilization is optimized for KPIs such as productivity, delivery TAT and stories / work allocation is aligned to delivery priorities.<br/><br/> - Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous delivery to foster self-organization and accountability.<br/><br/> - Ensure that team members have a clear understanding of goals, scope, and deliverables.<br/><br/> - Track and report on team velocity, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.<br/><br/> - Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/> - Assist in scaling Agile practices across teams and integrating Agile processes with business workflows.<br/><br/> - Work with cross-functional teams to address dependencies, risks, and process improvements.<br/><br/> - Support the Engineering Head and leadership team in aligning engineering efforts with strategic & Qualifications & Certifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.<br/><br/>- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is :</b></p><p><br/>- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.</p><br/>- Proven experience working with distributed or cross-functional & Agile Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.<br/><br/>- Experience with tools such as GitHub, Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.<br/><br/>- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a Skills :</b></p><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to resolve conflicts, influence stakeholders, and coach teams towards better performance.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, outcomes, and data-driven decisions.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple (ref:hirist.tech)
