Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer: 
  Should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement and Sales domains).
  Power Platform development, configuration, and customization.
  Working experience on Custom controls with reference to PCF controls and PowerApp CLI.
  C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Fluent UI 
  Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows using C# 
  Good understanding and use of Web APIs and implementation 
  Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes.
  CRM Deployments & CI/CD and Technical Code Review 
  Experience of working with DevOps (ADO) in Agile environment - Development Sprint expectations (Planning, Work Items (US, Task, Bugs), Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Bug fix) 
  Understand business/functional requirements to provide optimal D365 CRM solution.
  MS SQL   basic querying / understanding 
  Basic Understanding of Cloud based Technologies.
  Basic Understanding of Networking and Infrastructure 
  Production Support experience in using tools like ServiceNow.
  Ability to Provide clear and concise communication to end-users regarding the status of their IT support tickets.
  Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  Actively contribute to the development of IT support processes and procedures.
  Self-starter, Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills 
  Insurance domain experience is an added advantage.
