<p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.<br/><br/> Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and design patterns.<br/><br/> Develop web and enterprise applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and WPF.<br/><br/> Ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and security.<br/><br/> Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.<br/><br/> Review code to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.<br/><br/> Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in development and production environments.<br/><br/> Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.<br/><br/> Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to deliver seamless and user-friendly applications.<br/><br/> Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/> Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast, responsive user experiences.<br/><br/> Profile and debug performance issues and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.<br/><br/> Document technical solutions, codebase, and system architecture for internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/> Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development.<br/><br/> Drive the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and development practices within the team.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :<br/></b><br/>- Must have 4+ years of experience.<br/><br/>- Experience in software development using .NET technologies.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API.<br/><br/>- Must have 1-2 yrs of experience with front-end technologies Angular or React.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.<br/><br/>- Good to have familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOD) and software architecture patterns.<br/><br/>- Knowledge in version control systems such as Git or SVN.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services (SOAP, JSON, XML).<br/><br/>- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br/><br/>- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills.<br/><br/>- A passion for technology and innovation with a keen interest in keeping up with industry trends.<br/><br/>- Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
