In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and will play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.</p><br/><p><b>Minimum Required Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Langchain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient with Git for version control.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong leadership and management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Planning & Execution<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in MS Office suite.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with BigQuery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing multi-agent systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure </p><p>Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with local LLM execution and management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with MLOps principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with relevant testing frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, and time-series analysis.</p><br/><p><b>What We Offer : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Health and wellness benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
