<p><p><b>About the job Us : </b></p><br/>Exigo Tech is a Sydney-based Technology Solutions Provider focused on providing solutions on three major verticals; Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application to businesses across Australia.<br/><br/>We help companies reach operational efficiencies by empowering them with technology solutions that drive their business processes.<br/><br/>Exigo is looking for a Full-time MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant<br/><br/>As an MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions.<br/><br/>This role involves customizing the system to meet the client's business requirements, integrating it with other applications, and providing technical support and guidance.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM and a strong understanding of its technical aspects.<br/><br/><b>Roles & Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement solutions on MS CRM D365 and Microsoft Power Platform.<br/><br/>- Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.<br/><br/>- Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations.<br/><br/>- Develop, deploy, customize, test, and integrate complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM project requirements.<br/><br/>- Design and build plugins, custom and complex workflows, and JavaScript libraries.<br/><br/>- Implement integration with third-party solutions using APIs.<br/><br/>- Work according to the norms defined in the ISMS 27001 policy.<br/><br/><b>Technical and Functional Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and its various modules.<br/><br/>- Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.<br/><br/>- Experience with the latest D365 ecosystem.<br/><br/>- Technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies : Visual Studio .NET, ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, SharePoint, Power BI, and Web Services.<br/><br/>- Experience with configuration and setup of Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, Flows, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with core Microsoft offerings.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development.<br/><br/>- Strong experience working on software development using an agile methodology.<br/><br/>- Maintains Microsoft Certification relevance on related platforms and products.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of DevOps and agile scrum processes.<br/><br/>- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM applications, with a willingness to learn MS CRM.<br/><br/>- Understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies.<br/><br/>- Experience with Resco, ClickDimensions, and Scribe is a clear advantage.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/><b>Certification : </b> MB 200, MB 210, MB 240, MB 230, MB 600, Any power platform certification is a plus<br/><br/><b>Education : </b> Bachelors / Masters - B.Tech / M.Tech / B.A / M.A<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 5+ years<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Vadodara (WFO)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
