Hands-on experience with Databricks, Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) , Data Engineering, and leading teams handling such projects is essential.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of data engineering, data scientists, technical analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage data projects from conception to completion, ensuring the integration of advanced analytics and AI solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met without any escalations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize both technical and functional skills to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless project execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform business analysis to gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the quality & integrity of data solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.<br/>Continuously seek opportunities to improve team processes, tools, and methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure and Data Engineering to guide and support the team in implementing effective data solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide leadership and direction to teams handling Databricks, Azure and Data Engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and performance.<br/><br/>Roles & Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Ideal Candidate Profile:<br/><br/>- Master's degree from a Tier-1/Tier-2 Institute (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS Pilani, NITs or equivalent)<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in team management and project execution within cost per the defined scope and as per the timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in leading data projects and managing stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, Data Engineering & visualization tool (power BI , Tableau, Qlik)<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of data science, analytics, & AI technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Functional expertise with the ability to perform business analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
