The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to deliver proficient model development services for Anti-Financial Crime use cases, specifically focusing on Event Processor Next Generation, Quantified, and Customer Risk Assessment.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level coding skills in R, Python, or equivalent technologies, along with a solid foundation in data science.

This role requires the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into sophisticated, explainable, and well-documented models.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Model Development: Design, develop, and test advanced models for Anti-Financial Crime use cases, ensuring they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.<br/><br/>- Coding Expertise: Utilize expert-level coding skills in R, Python, or equivalent technologies to create efficient and robust models.<br/><br/>- Data Science Foundations: Apply solid data science principles to enhance model accuracy and effectiveness in detecting financial crime.<br/><br/>- Business Interpretation: Understand and interpret complex business requirements to inform model design and development processes.<br/><br/>- Documentation: Ensure all models are well-documented, providing clear explanations of methodologies, assumptions, and results to facilitate understanding and compliance.<br/><br/>- Production-Grade Models: Deliver production-grade models that are fully tested and equipped with the necessary controls to support their ongoing operation and reliability.<br/><br/>- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, share findings, and ensure alignment with organizational Total 3-15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.<br/><br/>- Expert-level experience coding in R, Python, or equivalent technologies.<br/><br/>- Strong foundation in data science principles and methodologies.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing sophisticated, explainable models with thorough documentation.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to deliver production-grade models with necessary operational controls.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts.<br/><br/>- Should be flexible working on UK hours<br/><br/><b>Location Preference:</b><br/><br/>- Location preference 1: Chennai, Hyderabad<br/><br/>- Location preference 2: Mumbai, Gurgaon <br/><br/><b>Skills and attributes :</b><br/><br/>In addition to technical competence, what will set you up for success at EY is your ability to:<br/><br/>- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills<br/><br/>- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative<br/><br/>- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills<br/><br/>- Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing<br/><br/><b>What we look for :</b><br/><br/>People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
