The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Database Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain complex databases and data sets to support risk analysis and reporting functions.<br/><br/>- Data Architecture: Build and optimize data architecture for large dataset retrieval, analysis, storage, cleansing, and transformation to enhance data accessibility and usability.<br/><br/>- Data Management: Manage large data sets utilizing tools such as Hadoop, ensuring efficient processing and retrieval of data for analysis.<br/><br/>- Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards and reports that effectively communicate risk analysis findings to stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Oracle Development: Work as an Oracle developer or with Oracle databases and Oracle Cloud to support data management and analytics initiatives.<br/><br/>- Data Analytics Tools: Leverage data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to perform in-depth analysis and generate actionable insights.<br/><br/>- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with risk management Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 1-3 years of experience in risk analysis, financial crime, or sanctions.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex databases and data sets.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and experience optimizing for large datasets.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.<br/><br/>- Experience managing large data sets using tools such as Hadoop.<br/><br/>- Proficiency as an Oracle developer or with Oracle databases and Oracle Cloud.<br/><br/>- Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Should be flexible working on UK hours<br/><br/><b>Location Preference:</b><br/><br/>- Location preference 1: Chennai, Hyderabad<br/><br/>- Location preference 2: Mumbai, Gurgaon <br/><br/><b>Skills and attributes :</b><br/><br/>In addition to technical competence, what will set you up for success at EY is your ability to:<br/><br/>- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills<br/><br/>- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative<br/><br/>- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills<br/><br/>- Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing<br/><br/><b>What we look for :</b><br/><br/>People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
