</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ownership on end-end product & Individual contribution.<br/><br/>- Performance Improvements with the help of metrics provided by automatic monitoring of product.<br/><br/>- Ensure high stability of product.<br/><br/>- Continuous Knowledge sharing internal & external of Team.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with other engineers and Product Developers in a Scrum Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.<br/><br/>- Estimate task sizes and regularly communicate progress in daily standups and biweekly Scrum meetings.<br/><br/> <b>What We're Looking For : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4-6 years of overall industry experience.<br/><br/> - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.<br/><br/> - Minimum 2 year of experience in Python.<br/><br/> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/> - Strong experience and proficiency with Python, Pandas, Numpy.<br/><br/> - Relational database experience, preferably with POSTGRES, MSSQL.<br/><br/> - Experience with Github-based development processes.<br/><br/> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/> - Organized, self-directed, and resourceful with the ability to appropriately prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/> - Experience building and deploying production level services.<br/><br/> <b>Nice To Have : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Work experience of Jupyter Notebooks is plus.<br/><br/> - Experience with AWS environment i.e., Amazon Kinesis, AWS Glue, Redshift, EC2, S3, Fargate , Lambda, EMR etc.<br/><br/> - Infrastructure as code using Terraform is plus.<br/><br/> - Familiar with Agile software development (Scrum is a plus).<br/><br/> - Experience working in Linux/Unix environment is desirable.<br/><br/> <b>What's In It For You : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> At FactSet, our people are our greatest asset, and our culture is our biggest competitive advantage.
