<p>About Us :<br/><br/>Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform.<br/><br/> We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, allowing sports fans to Buy, Collect, and Bet.<br/><br/> Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform.<br/><br/> Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores.<br/><br/> Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally.<br/><br/>About the job :<br/><br/>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>Frontend Development : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain React-based web applications using our established design system.<br/><br/>- Implement new features and enhancements based on designs and requirements.<br/><br/>Performance Optimization : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement efficient and scalable solutions, prioritizing performance and site speed.<br/><br/>- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/>API Integration : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate with REST APIs using AJAX and other relevant technologies.<br/><br/>- Handle asynchronous operations and manage data efficiently.<br/><br/>Code Quality : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that adheres to our coding standards and best practices.<br/><br/>- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.<br/><br/>Collaboration : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, provide technical input, and ensure a seamless integration of frontend and backend components.<br/><br/>Design System Contribution : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design system by identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and implementing enhancements.<br/><br/>Testing & Automation : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement automated testing strategies using frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.<br/><br/>Deployment & Infrastructure : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Utilize and manage deployments on AWS (or similar cloud infrastructure).<br/><br/>- Understand CI/CD pipelines and contribute to their improvement.<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br/><br/>- 3- 5 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.<br/><br/>- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries is highly beneficial (e.
