<p>Role : SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) - ISC Lead Developer</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience : 6+ Years (Relevant in SailPoint IdentityNow ( minimum).<br/><br/> Location : Remote/Hybrid-(Hyderabad).<br/><br/> Employment Type : Full-time.<br/><br/> Shift : US Hours (6pm-3am IST).<br/><br/> Job Summary :<br/><br/> We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) - ISC Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow modules, REST APIs, connector development, and cloud identity integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and automated identity lifecycle management solutions.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions, including Identity Security Cloud (ISC) modules.<br/><br/>- Configure and manage Identity Cubes, Lifecycle Events, Access Requests, Access Certifications, and Password Management.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom connectors using SailPoint's Cloud Governance (Connector Gateway / SaaS Connectors).<br/><br/>- Design and implement rules, workflows, and transforms for provisioning, reconciliation, and access reviews.<br/><br/>- Integrate IDN with target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)<br/><br/>- Utilize REST APIs and web services for system integrations and automation.<br/><br/>- Implement and manage Access Profiles, Roles, and Entitlements for compliance and least-privilege access.<br/><br/>- Configure IdentityNow governance processes - Certifications, Access Reviews, Policy Violations, and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and connectivity issues.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with security architects, IAM engineers, and application teams for onboarding and governance enhancements.<br/><br/>- Participate in deployment planning, documentation, and production support.<br/><br/>- Ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, and DevSecOps best practices.<br/><br/> Required Technical Skills :<br/><br/> SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) </p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep hands-on experience with modules such as :<br/><br/>- Identity Lifecycle Management.<br/><br/>- Access Certifications.<br/><br/>- Access Requests & Approval Workflows.<br/><br/>- Password Management & Synchronization.<br/><br/>- Cloud Governance (Connector Gateway).<br/><br/>- SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) - Configuration and integration experience.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, and JSON scripting for rule customization.<br/><br/>- Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and Webhooks.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts - provisioning, reconciliation, RBAC, SOD policies.<br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.) and on-prem directories (LDAP, AD).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence for code deployment and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with PowerShell / Python scripting for automation.<br/><br/>- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols.<br/><br/>- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in identity provisioning flows.<br/><br/> Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :<br/><br/>- Experience with SailPoint IIQ or migration from IIQ to IDN.<br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and secrets management tools (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).<br/><br/>- Experience implementing Identity Governance as a Service (IGAaaS) models.</p><p><br/></p><p>Certification : SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer / IdentityNow Professional preferred.<br/><br/> Soft Skills :<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to work independently.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
