<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with AI Solutions Architects to translate high-level designs into technical implementations, providing feedback on feasibility and suggesting improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and implement AI solutions based on architectural designs and specifications provided by AI Solutions Architects, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and evolve AI-powered tools and platforms including Abacus.ai, Workato iPaaS solutions for agentic orchestration, and organization-wide AI development tools such as Cursor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create intelligent automation workflows that leverage natural language understanding and data signals to trigger agentic actions and business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications, collaboration platforms (such as Slack), data sources, and IT infrastructure to create seamless end-to-end solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement data connectivity solutions that enable AI systems to access, process, and act upon various data sources for intelligent decision-making.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop sophisticated prompting strategies and conversation flows that effectively translate business requirements into actionable AI responses and automated workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain AI-powered intelligent agents that can orchestrate complex business processes and provide autonomous problem-solving capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize AI solution performance through efficient coding practices, resource management, and continuous monitoring of deployed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI implementations, conducting testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and evolve existing AI solutions, implementing updates, bug fixes, and enhancements based on user feedback and changing business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document technical implementations, code standards, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and system maintenance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with emerging AI tools and platforms, continuously learning new technologies and evaluating their potential for business Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 1+ years focused on AI/ML implementation and deployment in enterprise environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and familiarity with MLOps tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience with AI platforms and tools such as Abacus.ai, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar enterprise AI solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or similar tools for creating automated workflows and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with modern development tools including AI-assisted coding environments like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong data integration skills with experience connecting to various data sources (APIs, databases, cloud storage) and implementing data pipelines for AI applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of agentic AI concepts including prompt engineering, conversation design, and autonomous agent development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of debugging complex technical issues and optimizing system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adaptability and continuous learning mindset with demonstrated ability to quickly master new AI tools and technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated and
