<p><p>Join us in bringing joy to customer experience.<br/><br/> Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, bringing the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide.<br/><br/> Living our values everyday results in our team-first culture and enables us to innovate, grow, and thrive while enjoying the journey together.<br/><br/> We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves.<br/><br/> To support our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our IT Applications Delivery team in our India offices.<br/><br/> This role will focus on advanced Force.com platform development, delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions in partnership with global teams and US-based stakeholders.<br/><br/> The position is based in Chennai, India.<br/><br/> This position is based out of one of the offices of our affiliate Acqueon Technologies in India, and will adopt the hybrid work arrangements of that location.<br/><br/> You will be a member of the Acqueon team with responsibilities supporting Five9 products, collaborating with global teammates based primarily in the United States.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Deliver robust and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and CPQ Clouds using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver production-quality code that meets performance and security standards.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leaders to design, build, and launch high-impact solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS platforms such as Workato.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of prioritized work.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct peer code reviews and support team-wide standards around secure development, test coverage, and documentation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development tooling to drive delivery efficiency and quality.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in solution architecture discussions and ongoing platform enhancements.</p><br/><p><b>Key Requirements :</b></p><p><br/>- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Active Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect certifications strongly preferred.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to build and maintain scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Flosum, Git, Gearset, etc.)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud (RLM) a big plus.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with iPaaS platforms, such as Workato, to build enterprise-wide integrations a big plus.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a global team environment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Must reside in Chennai, India.</p><br/><p><b>Why Youll Love This Role :</b></p><p><br/>- Youll contribute to high-impact enterprise projects with visibility across the organization.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Youll be part of a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, growth, and technical excellence.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Youll work with modern tools, collaborate with smart, driven peers, and help shape how we use Salesforce to drive our business forward.</p><br/><p>Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.<br/><br/> The more inclusive we are, the better we are.<br/><br/> Five9 is an equal opportunity employer.<br/><br/> View our privacy policy, including our privacy notice to California residents here : https ://www.five9.com/pt-pt/legal.<br/><br/> Note : Five9 will never request that an applicant send money as a prerequisite for commencing employment with Five9.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
