<p></p><p><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated UI Tech Lead to guide our talented team in building exceptional user experiences.<br/><br/> You'll be instrumental in shaping our product's UI direction, fostering team growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/> <b>You'll be Responsible For : </b><br/><br/> - Leading and Nurturing a High-Performing Team : You'll lead a team of 5-7 top-notch UI developers, fostering their technical and professional growth.<br/><br/> - This includes handling developer career progression, mentoring, and crafting individual development plans for team members.<br/><br/> - You'll also effectively manage both high and low performers, providing guidance and support, and offer regular, constructive feedback to help them grow.<br/><br/> - Strategic Technical Leadership & Project Delivery : You'll create and own the technical roadmap for the UI products you're working on.<br/><br/> - This role involves driving the entire project lifecycle, from problem-solving, UI design, and technical solutioning to meticulous planning and execution.<br/><br/> - You'll deep-dive into technical aspects, offering hands-on support for new features and bug resolution, and will be key in identifying and addressing technical debts.<br/><br/> - Quality Assurance & Collaboration : You'll set robust quality guardrails for the team, ensuring our UI deliverables are always top-notch.<br/><br/> - Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with Product Managers, Business teams, Design teams, Architects, and Backend teams to plan and execute projects seamlessly.<br/><br/> - You'll also provide timely and transparent updates to stakeholders on project progress and any blockers.<br/><br/> - Thriving in a Dynamic Environment : You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience as priorities evolve.</p><p><br/></p><p>Technical Skills & Expertise Required : </p><p><br/></p><p>Core Frontend Development : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Expert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong in React.js / Angular / Vue.js (React preferred)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Responsive Design</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API, NgRx, etc.)</p><p><br/></p><p>UI/UX & Performance : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of design systems, component-driven development, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in performance optimization, lazy loading, bundle splitting, caching strategies</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
