            Job Description
            
                - Lead the design, development, and verification of FPGA components in compliance with DO-254 standards.
 - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in FPGA design, with a focus on safety-critical applications.
 - Extensive experience with DO-254 processes, documentation, and verification methods.
 - Proficiency in HDL languages such as VHDL and Verilog.
 - Experience with FPGA development tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Altera Quartus, ModelSim, Synplify).Strong understanding of digital design principles, timing analysis, and signal integrity.
 - Experience with simulation and verification tools (e.g., QuestaSim, VCS, UVM).Familiarity with hardware description languages and scripting (e.g., TCL, Python).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 - Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
 - Preferred Qualifications:Experience in aerospace and defense industries.
 - Knowledge of other safety-critical standards (e.g., DO-178C, ISO 26262).
