To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
- Integrate with frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.
- Implement memory, goal-setting, and long-term task tracking systems for agents.
- Connect agents with APIs, databases, web interfaces, and external tools.
- Design and run experiments to test performance, improve accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with product/design teams to shape user interaction with AI agents.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, and token context management.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, etc.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi-agent coordination.
- Creative problem-solver with a mindset for experimentation and iteration.
- Experience deploying models via APIs or embedding AI into real-world apps.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with voice or multimodal agents (text + image + audio).
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or planning algorithms.
- Exposure to Reinforcement Learning or feedback-based agent tuning.
